Taking IELTS in Cambodia.
IELTS in Cambodia is run by IDP, at ACE campuses in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap, and by the British Council at SpringBoard4Education in Phnom Penh. Fees are in US dollars and the same at every venue on the official centre pages: USD 195 for Academic or General Training, USD 215 for IELTS for UKVI and USD 189 for IELTS Life Skills.

How to book IELTS in Cambodia
- 01 Check which test you need: Academic for universities, General Training for most work and migration routes, IELTS for UKVI or Life Skills for UK visas.
- 02 Choose a centre below and open its official booking link. IDP venues book through IDP and the British Council venue through the British Council.
- 03 Pick a date and Speaking time.
- 04 Enter your details exactly as they appear on your passport or ID and pay.
- 05 Check the confirmation email for the venue, arrival time and what to bring.
On test day
Bring the same valid passport or ID you used to register; it is checked on arrival and again by the Speaking examiner. Without the right ID you cannot sit the test.
Results
IELTS on computer: 3 to 5 days. On paper: 13 days. IDP Cambodia gives 3 to 5 days for IELTS on computer and 13 days on paper. You download the electronic Test Report Form from your IELTS account. To see what your scores mean, use the band score calculator.
Retakes and One Skill Retake

Cancelling or moving your test
IDP says refund and cancellation rules in Cambodia are set regionally and can differ by location, so ask your test centre before you book. The British Council publishes its terms on its booking page.
