IELTS Studio sells fixed access periods as one-time payments. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel — when your access period ends, it simply ends.
14-day refund window
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. We will refund the amount you paid, to the payment method you used.
If you have used the service substantially during that period — for example by generating a large number of AI writing or speaking evaluations — we may offer a partial refund instead, reflecting the usage. We will always tell you why before doing so.
After 14 days
After 14 days we do not offer refunds as a matter of course. If something has gone wrong — the service was unavailable, you were charged twice, or you did not receive the access you paid for — email us and we will put it right regardless of how long ago you purchased.
How to request a refund
Email hello@ieltsstudio.com from the address on your account, and include the date of purchase and the access period you bought. You do not need to give a reason within the 14-day window.
We aim to respond within two business days. Once a refund is approved, the funds are returned by our payment provider and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Who processes your payment
Card payments and refunds are processed by Stripe. Your card statement will show IELTSSTUDIO.COM. IELTS Studio is the seller, so refund requests come to us directly at hello@ieltsstudio.com rather than to the payment processor.
Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the UK, the EU, or another jurisdiction with equivalent protections, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days. Where you ask for access to begin immediately, you may be asked to acknowledge that this right ends once delivery has started. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
Payments made in Myanmar kyat
Access bought through a Myanmar mobile wallet is refunded on the same 14-day terms, returned to the wallet used to pay. Because these payments are confirmed manually rather than by card, please include the paying phone number and the approximate time of payment so we can match the transaction.
