IELTS Studio sells fixed access periods as one-time payments. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel — when your access period ends, it simply ends.

We do not offer refunds once a paid access period has been bought. Please use the free plan to decide whether IELTS Studio suits you before you pay.
Try it free first
The free plan exists so that you never have to pay to find out. It needs no card and does not expire. Listening and Reading tests with explanations are unlimited. Each week you also get one Writing test and one Speaking test with AI band feedback, and one full mock test under exam conditions, which uses that week's writing and speaking evaluations.
The marking and the feedback are the same as on a paid plan. Paying removes the weekly limits and adds question-type drills, band score trends and the error log. The pricing page compares the two plans line by line. If a week or two on the free plan does not convince you, please do not upgrade.
What we will always put right
A no-refund policy does not mean you pay for something you did not receive. Email us and we will fix it, however long ago you paid, if:
- you were charged twice for the same purchase;
- you were charged the wrong amount;
- you paid and did not receive the access you bought;
- the service was unavailable for a significant part of your access period.
Depending on the problem, we will refund the incorrect charge, restore your access or extend your access period.
How to contact us about a payment
Email hello@ieltsstudio.com from the address on your account, and include the date of purchase and the access period you bought. We aim to respond within two business days. Where a charge is returned, the funds are sent back by our payment provider and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Who processes your payment
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card statement will show IELTSSTUDIO.COM. IELTS Studio is the seller, so questions about a payment come to us directly at hello@ieltsstudio.com rather than to the payment processor.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you. If you are a consumer in the UK, the EU, or another jurisdiction with equivalent protections, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days. Where you ask for access to begin immediately, you may be asked to acknowledge that this right ends once delivery has started. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, we will honour it.
