Service
IELTS Studio provides AI-assisted study tools for IELTS preparation, including practice sessions, feedback, vocabulary review, progress tracking, and study recommendations. Feedback and estimated bands are educational guidance only. They are not official IELTS scores and are not a substitute for assessment by an authorised IELTS examiner.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Do not share your account, attempt to bypass limits or security controls, scrape the service, interfere with other users, or use IELTS Studio to build a competing service.
Practice material
IELTS Studio may help you organise, review, or practise with material you provide or access through the service. You are responsible for using any third-party or official preparation material lawfully. Do not upload, copy, redistribute, sell, or share material if you do not have the right to do so.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, submit unlawful or harmful content, attempt to reverse engineer private systems, abuse AI generation, overload the platform, or use automated extraction without permission. We may limit or suspend access if use creates security, legal, reliability, or abuse concerns.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid features, if purchased, are billed according to the plan or payment instructions shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in a specific offer. We may change pricing or plan features prospectively, but changes will not reduce a paid period you have already purchased.
Independence and trademarks
IELTS Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cambridge University Press & Assessment, the British Council, IDP Education, IELTS Australia, or any official IELTS organisation. IELTS and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. Names are used only to identify the exam and related preparation context.
Liability
IELTS Studio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee a specific exam result, score increase, uninterrupted availability, or error-free AI output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IELTS Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or exam-outcome-related losses.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
