When you practise, we store the content and activity needed to run the product, including essays, speaking responses, reading and listening answers, vocabulary items, imported sources, scores, feedback, progress history, and settings such as your target band or exam date.
How we use information
We use your information to provide practice sessions, generate feedback, save vocabulary, show progress, maintain your account, improve product reliability, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and communicate important service updates.
AI processing
IELTS Studio uses third-party AI providers to generate feedback and learning material from the practice content you submit. Your essays, answers, and imported materials are used to provide your experience; they are not sold, and we do not use them to train our own foundation model.
Service providers
We share information with trusted service providers only as needed to operate IELTS Studio, such as authentication, database, hosting, analytics, email, payment, security, and AI processing providers. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms. We do not sell personal information.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account data by emailing hello@ieltsstudio.com. We may need to keep limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.
Data retention

Children
